1. For all sales enquiry, kindly email us at [email protected] with your order number.

2. All transactions will be attended to within 1-2 working days. Rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.

1. Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colours/sizes before checking out.

2. Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if parcel is returned.

1. Kindly ensure that you are agreeable to the waiting time for BACKORDER items before you make your payment. If other in-stock item(s) are placed together in the same order, all items will only be dispatched when the backorder item arrives. If you would like your in-stock item(s) to be dispatched first, kindly opt for a separate backorder shipping at checkout. There is strictly no refunds if one backs out of paid backorder.

2. Arrival time for different items differs. We apologize that there may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances such as delayed shipment, insufficient stocks arrived etc.

 1. Orders will be shipped out within 2-3 working days (unless otherwise stated / under BACKORDER ) following successful receipt of your order.

2. Delivery timeframe include weekdays only, exclusive of weekends and public holidays.

3. All shipping charges will be calculated automatically upon check out. 

4. Your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we are not responsible for lost parcel during the shipment. 

5. Additional charges for re-delivery will be applicable after a non-successful attempt.
