How long does it normally takes to ship out items once payment is made?
We process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 48 hours, except for item(s) under BACKORDER. Backorder items usually take approximately 3-4 weeks to arrive and will ship thereafter. However, the estimated time for backorder items are not guaranteed.

to arrange for the delivery. Extra postal charges will applied if you wish to deliver the items separately albeit if your order is above RM300. 

Can I request for my ready stock items to be shipped first?
If your order consists of both ready stock & backorder items and you'd like to receive your ready stock items first, do email or direct message us on instagram to arrange. A separate postage fee will be incurred and the postage charges are to be borne by customers.

What if my parcel goes missing?
Do note that as soon as the parcel is shipped from our side, the liability of the parcel lies with the courier service and we are not responsible for any lost of parcel.
